PHOENIX ASHER FEATHERSTONE has been a Spiritual Consultant and Professional Animal Trainer for nearly 15 years, having recently relocated to Sonoma from San Francisco. This Pasadena-born, Native Californian who was raised in San Marino, spent most days growing up and hanging out at the Huntington Library, Disneyland, and Malibu horseback riding, body surfing and spending as much time as possible tagging along with Rudd Weatherwax.

Enjoying the good life and knowing it doesn’t come easy, Phoenix’s 501c3 The Social Restoration Club strives to help those in need. Phoenix also enjoys bee keeping, full moon hikes, long walks on the beach, throwing a ball, frisbee, or piece of drift wood for the dogs while collecting beach glass. Phoenix also enjoys gardening, cooking, reading a good book, lazy days in a hammock under the trees, camping under the starry firmament, sailing, golf, river rafting, and more. Having recently written a children’s book, Phoenix is looking to self publish, and has started on a second book and a new screenplay.

Phoenix’s favorite time of day besides 4: 20 am, is between the twilight and the dawn. Phoenix enjoys an illuminating spectrum of music and life, having worked in the music industry in the late 80s to early 90s, Phoenix developed an eclectic taste in music, but does prefer Southern Rock, Rock, Country, Jazz, Motown, Blues, Bluegrass, Classical, Ambient, and Alternative, with a Dash of Metal.

Phoenix is looking forward to you, Waking Up with the Sun on FM 91.3 KSVY with the Rooster and the Bee!! Weekdays from 5am to 7am, Phoenix will play a wide variety of music ranging from Southern Rock, Rock, Blues, Pop, Soul, Alternative, and even a few Oldies with of course a dash of Metal. While bringing you the weather, time, traffic, and some local news, you will be reminded to drive safe, click it or ticket, and more importantly not to drink and drive, or text and drive – remember it’s only traffic…….and while Bob is fast asleep on Fridays between 5:30am and 5:45am, Phoenix will be Pirating the air waves for your free plug.
